Registration Fee

$195 (RESIDENTIAL) registration fee, for single occupancy, includes all meals, studio snacks & beverages, lodging, facility use fee, tuition & materials for the 1 ½ day retreat.

$175 (NON-RESIDENTIAL), registration fee per individual, includes all meals, studio snacks & beverages, facility use fee, tuition & materials for the 1 ½ day retreat.

Full payment of registration fees must be made when submitting your application for Craftsman Hill Summer Retreats (CHSR)

Alternate Course Selection

Workshops will be filled on a first come first served basis. Alternate course selections are encouraged in case your first choice is filled.

Waiting Lists

There will be a waiting list started when a workshop is filled (or a participant prefers the second session dates). If the minimum enrollment is reached, the July session will be held.

Lodging

Residential participants will be staying at the Bexley Student Apartments on campus. They are air-conditioned “houses” with a lounge, shared bath, kitchenette and 2 – 3 single bedrooms. Please bring your own linens. Linens are not provided.

Meals

Meals will be served at the new state-of-the-art Peirce dining hall. Entree choices (including a vegetarian option), will be available at each meal. Snacks and bottled water are provided during studio classes.

Acknowledgement

Registration will be acknowledged by email or postal mail. Information will be included about what to bring with you.

Cancellations

To be eligible for a refund, a notice of cancellation must be received by CHSR 20 days before the start of the retreat. Students who cancel after being accepted into a class will be charged a $100 cancellation fee (reflecting the cost of instructor agreements, materials acquistions and other services). No refunds will be given after the start of a class. CHSR is not responsible for refunds (airline or otherwise), beyond the scope of our registration cancellation/refund policy.

If Craftsman Hill Cancels

CHSR reserves the right to cancel a workshop if circumstances require it. All registered (and waiting list) participants will be notified in a timely fashion and a full refund of Registration Fees will be issued.
