Clover
Clover Takumi knitting needles begin with the
finest bamboo that is grown in a cold climate
with minimal snowfall. These bamboo trees are
hardy and highly resistant to bending which
makes them most suitable for knitting needles.
The bamboo is harvested in winter so the woody
fiber is tighter and there is less water to
cause stains and mold. Clover uses the hard
portion under the surface and never uses bent
bamboos or portions near the nodes or roots.
The needles are finished to a uniform thickness
and given an ultra smooth surface to glide with
the yarn and never tire your hands.
Takumi in Japanese means craftsman.
